After helping plant Inspire Church in 2017, our Lead Pastor, Jim Kennon, is retiring after 44 years of church leadership. We're excited to be in the process of finding the next gifted leader that God has in store for Inspire.

Where we are right now
Our search was officially launched the weekend of February 22 & 23, when our External Board brought a three-part message to both worship services. At the end of each service, the church took the time to fill out a survey about how they see Inspire Church. These confidential surveys will be analyzed by Brian Burman, our search consultant, and compiled into a report to the church.

Responsibilities are being assigned, volunteers recruited, and documents are being created. We're on our way!
